No matter how you might have found us, we’re glad you’re here and appreciate the opportunity to let you know a little more about us.
Westside is a growing Southern Baptist Church that loves the Lord and seeks to glorify God, grow the saints, and gather the scattered.
We believe that the Bible, God’s Word, is the only firm foundation for life. Our desire is to know God through the preaching of His Word as well as through group and individual Bible study.
We also strive to provide opportunities for everyone to get involved. So whatever your age and giftedness, there’s a place of ministry here for you.

How to Join Westside
We believe in a regenerate (saved), baptized church membership: to be a member at Westside you must be born again and baptized. If you desire to become a member at Westside, you can join by baptism, by letter, or by statement.
By Baptism - The Bible indicates that after salvation, we are to follow the Lord in baptism by immersion. We refer to this as believer’s baptism because only a believer is to be baptized. If you are saved but have not yet been baptized, you must be baptized before you can join Westside.
By Letter - If you are already a member of another Baptist church of like faith, we can transfer your letter of membership to Westside.
By Statement - If you aren’t a member of another church, or for some reason you cannot transfer your membership, you can join Westside through the statement of your conversion and baptism.
